Nice hotel, limited shuttle
Very nice, comfortable hotel. But don't plan on using their shuttle service. Apparently they share their shuttle bus with a neighboring hotel. Our friends had called a week ago to pre-arrange an early morning shuttle around 4 am to the airport. They were told, no problem, just let us know when you arrive what time you need it. But when we got there, we were told there was only 1 seat available at 3:20 am and 1 at 4:45 am. There were 8 in our group, so that wouldn't work. The hotel finally agreed to pay for a taxi and we ended up keeping one of the rental cars for an extra day to transport some of our group and some of our luggage that wouldn't fit in the taxi.

Trying hard but failing
Short staffing at the hotel. Got here at 4:30 P. M. Room wasn’t ready. Had to wait till 6:00 P. M. to check in. Completely ridiculous. The manager and staff tried hard but they had no one here to clean the rooms. The manager was doing it. If I was him I would quit!

Courteous staff at a well maintained property
Nice hotel for a short or longer stay. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. Airport shuttle and breakfast are also positives. Stayed here before so it’s recommended.

Overcharged and unhappy
During my stay I overheard at leadt 3 guests complaining during their check out about being overcharged. This prompted me to check my bank statment. And Yep, I was overcharged 35 dollars.
