Overall very pleased!
Hotel/restaurant staff go above and beyond to get to know you and respond to your every need. Located in a great central location...walking to Trinity College, for example, take less than 20 minutes. Also, the Hop on/Hop off buses have stops near here. Food in the restaurant was really good, especially the buffet breakfasts! Now for a couple negatives... Some mold on the caulking around the shower. While USB charging outlets in the rooms was a pleasant surprise, they didn't work in either of our rooms. It would be great to see these fixed, which would go a long way towards eliminating our reliance on converters while traveling. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Hotel staff make this place memorable!
Hotel staff are very personable and helpful. Some of the outlets (USB charging outlets) didn’t work in either of our rooms. There was black mold in one of our showers. The location is perfect...very close to hop on, hop off bus pickups. Food at the restaurant was really good.

Nearly perfect
This was a very comfortable room in a nicely built and well maintained hotel. Generally convenient location in a neighborhood which may never have seen better days. But that was how I saw most of Dublin, kind of worn. As far as the room goes, it would have gotten a perfect grade from this critical inspector except for two small things. The poorly chosen caulking at the shower base exhibited a bit of mold staining and the very fancy and nearly new water tap handle has a little operating rod with stripped threads which an attempted epoxy repair had not corrected. Otherwise- comfortable big bed, quiet, good lighting, good wifi, great shower, good towels.

Good-not great.
We stayed there for 2 nights to see the sights of Dublin. Fairly convenient to tourist attractions-about a 15 minute walk to Trinity college. Room was large but we had no AC even though our traveling companions had AC. Temps were cool outside but street noise and street lights were not great for sleeping. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.
