Terrible Hotel and Service
We booked for two adults one child when we are rich we have only one queen bed and sofa bed at the night time we found there is no bed sheet for the sofa bed no below and no blanket we contact the front desk, but they didn’t answer. I have to go downstairs. They said we don’t have after argument they called me after 2 h and told me to come downstairs and pick up your below I went downstairs I got the below very dirty. I told her this is dirty and it has a hair on it her answer was this is what we have. I complain to Hotel.com Hotel.com, Hotel.com attempt to reach the hotel but there a downed field at that time because the reception never answer the phone either from my hotel room or From outside next morning the coffee machine wasn’t working I contact them they said sorry about this. This is what we have. And multi issue habit
