Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre, Birmingham

Good location, lots of construction and noise all around though and access by car is tricky. Staff are all excellent! The food in the bar was horrible, unfortunately. Would have liked bigger beds.

Great location in Birmingham. Close to International Convention Center, Broad Street, and nearby shopping/restaurant areas. Currently is a good bit of construction around here, so sometimes have to detour from best walking route. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional and the bartenders pours good drinks, especially an interesting menu of gin-based drinks. The 9th and 11th floor rooms have access to lounges open 24-7 with different drinks, including Nespresso coffee/espresso. Prices fluctuate and can get a bit high, but will definitely stay here again if price is right.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Is a bit pricey, but very well situated close to International Convention Center, Broad Street, and other shopping/restaurant areas. The current construction on several buildings nearby made it more difficult to get places directly. Staff is great and the breakfast is very, very good. The bar has a great selection of gin-based drinks. Just really liked the vibe of this place and will look to stay here again.

Generally a good hotel for a city trip. However I think value for money is not still there. Chair in the room was broken. No parking at the hotel. Reception does not answer the calls from the room, I actually looked up the hotel phone number and called from my mobile to ask for towels Worst was the manager asking a 30 for rhe dog for 1 night. Unbelievable however we did not have to pay. I guess the shame hit in.
