Charges double than advertised. Bad service
We ordered a king bed. Upon arrival we were told that there are no rooms avaialable, but they can give us a smaller room with a two small beds. We were also told that the charges are doubled from what we ordered. Very bad service. We left with a bitter taste, and feel that we were ripped off.

A bit old
Just a little run down, somewhat isolated, though convenient to the conference center.

The place was dirty old and they had a TRA furniture in the room. Looked like a storage

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in
This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I paid close to $300 per night for party of 3 individuals. They didn't even have a decent bed. Had to sleep on a old sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Overall, the room and bathroom was very small. Heater didn't work and we were freezing. We called for assistance but no one was available to help. Breakfast was a joke. Not much of a variety! We couldn't even get something as simple as an omelet or a fried egg because it's was sabbath. Couldn't even get a toaster to toast bread. I can understand that you observe sabbath but you have people from all over the world visiting Jerusalem. U have to find a way to accommodate them. We don't all observe sabbath. If you can't make those accommodations, then make sure you state that on your website. Don't deceive people into staying at your hotel when you are not willing to provide basic services. Will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Will make sure everyone knows about how horrible my experience has been at this hotel.
