Room was great sized and the staff was great. Hallway and room smelled so badly like smoke that we had to buy Febreeze to be able to sleep.

Great Weekend!
I had a great time. I loved the outdoor heated pool. I loved how they had the arts and crafts set up outside of the pool area so you could do that with your family. It was really nice. The check in was fast and I love how they have so many options of what do do in regard to activities. I am definitely going to go back.

Dissappointed
We originally stayed at Pheasant Run almost 15 years ago. What a difference 15 years makes. we arrived early and were told the room was being cleaned. No problem. we were able to use the facilities and that was fine. Once we got into our room we were disgusted. The room had hair all over the floors, the toilets were dirty with mold and urine. The shower had mold. The sink was dirty. When we checked in on Saturday there was a pile of dirty dishes near our door. It was STILL there when we checked out the next day. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere. The indoor/outdoor pool had a plastic window by the door that was completely broke. It was so hot in our room no matter what temp we set the thermostat to. So we shut it off and slept with the window open. We were told that they "couldn't give us a credit for our room because we booked thru a third party and couldn't help us." they however gave us food vouchers. I do not believe that spending $250 for a room in this condition was worth it and it was definitely unacceptable. Very disappointed to spend our 16th wedding anniversary there. I hope they can revamp the whole place and do some much needed updating.

Needs tons of work.
Lobby smelled like sewer back-up, room sink broken in several places with grime in it so it wasn’t new, walls super thin and could hear groups on both sides. Entire hotel needs a reboot. Called the office for a lost and found, still haven’t heard back five days later.
