The Decor and architectural design of the building inside and outside are superb. Excellent location in the inner city. Staff was helpful in giving us directions to various entertainment venues and arranged for attending a Mozart Concert. But there was a confusion on settlement of our account on the last night.

I had a prepaid booking for this hotel for a stay in April 2020. COVID necessitated the postponement of our trip. We rescheduled the trip to November 2020 then again to November 2021. All of these changes were required due to the ongoing pandemic. Once again, we are unable to make the trip in November 2021 due to COVID. The hotel refused to allow us to reschedule again and elected to simply keep our money. We got nothing for our trouble. We will eventually make the trip to Vienna. When we do, we'll stay somewhere else.
