Not worth the value.
It was not good. Overpriced for what it offers. They offered us a basement room for 114 pound, with a view of a wall. We had to ask several times for a better room. Later in the day they offered us a better room. However the toilet handle didn't work. I'm addition, the hotel is like a maze. You get on the elevator, but have to go through doors and stairs to get to your room. Also, in the first room they have there were water marks on the wall and there was carpet on the floor. Other than that, it is close to the tube station and bus stop.

Smallest room I have ever stayed in. WiFi was intermittent. Room safe was locked and hotel did not open it as requested.

Convenient location, but that is it
The hotel was terrible and the customer service was horrible. Maybe because I'm black, but the attendants preferred assisting everyone that arrived after me before even acknowledging me. Twice they were told by other patrons that I arrived first in the queue. There were holes in the wall of my room. I expected a tiny room and it was. My tub did not drain. They never give washcloths. And my safe stopped working. I did not feel very secure with the flimsy latches on the window, but heard that the neighborhood of Kensington is safe. I would leave first thing in the morning and return very late at night. I remained out as much as possible. The staff would not even speak when greeted. Just rude. God forbid I had a question. They really did not want to assist in any way.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in!
Filty remote, musky smells, horrible food, staff let's drunks party and YELL all night (10-2, 4-7 and 9 on in the morning), super tiny rooms for gusets and boarders (3 or 4 to room), no ventilation, missing light blubs, plugged drains, no sound insulation, tv throws curcuit braker, doors take 50 lbs to open. Nice paint and b a thing only looks ok.

Don't Expect Much And You Won't Be Disappointed
You don’t stay in an Earls Court property unless you know it’s the best combination of price and location in London. My single room was narrow enough that I could extend my arms and touch opposite walls at the same time. The only news channel that came through well on the TV was Aljazeera. Plumbing in older buildings in older parts of town does sometimes result in bathroom odors. You might not find a table in the breakfast room because of Americans who park there after finishing their rolls and coffee to play with their iPad. If you aren’t trying to save money, go stay somewhere else. On the flight back the passenger next to me paid six times what I did for a room at the Shard, and only because it was on sale. I have stayed in other Earls Court properties where the cleanliness is not so important and the lift is smaller and slower. Look on the bright side. In December 2015, there was scaffolding on the building at the corner of Earls Court Road and Penywern Lane, obstructing the name of the street. It’s just around the corner from the Earls Court Tube station, turning right from the Earls Court Road exit.
