    Don’t believe the pictures!
Pictures are very deceptive. This hotel is old and a dump. Do not reserve this location. Bathrooms are small and no elevator to second floor. $200 a night for a $40 a night room.

The hallway and rooms had a nasty odor. I think their over due for new carpet and a remodel. Very expensive for the condition of the hotel.

    Stay away from Jackson Hole!
The room was clean, but they’re older. The pool was nice for our daughter, but use the steps to get into the Hot Tub. I stepped in on the side not realizing how far the drop was to the seat & almost hit my head on the side when I fell. The bathroom in the room is ridiculous! It is tiny. To open or close the door, you have to squeeze beside the toilet & shower. Very unhappy with that! Also, Jackson was disappointing due to mask mandates, when masks aren’t mandated in the state of Wyoming at all. This meant a lot of businesses didn’t have room for people to eat, after 8 pm forget finding a cup of coffee, even in a gas station. In the Jug & Loaf, you could get a cup, fill it with coffee, but the cashier had to give you the lid? The cashier wasn’t wearing gloves for the guy in front of me getting a fountain drink. The next morning when we got coffee, the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask, but customers are mandated too?! Insanity!

The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a slant to the center from both sides. The furniture in the room was old and in need of updating. The room had some updates on the bathroom but the shower felt like you were going to fall through the floor.

Abrupt staff, very dated facility, and miserable parking. Loud parties downstairs, nasty access doors. They make the place look great from the street but once you get back to the rooms it’s highly disappointing for the price.

Our stay was disappointing, especially for the price paid. The property was in need of a good painting and remodel. I called the desk about the coffeemaker being broken and never heard back or received a replacement. The hot tub was out of order and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. We had to walk to another building to get ice (not that big of a deal.) It was similar to staying at a Motel 6. It was close to downtown restaurants and stores and within walking distance to most things, which was good because parking was tight and full most of the time so we didn’t want to move our vehicle. We decided to take the hit on our wallet the second night and left early to go somewhere else for our second night.

    Jackson’s “$&!#” Hole Lodge
The photos provided are not for the entire property. The room we stayed in was terrible, worst I have ever experienced. You almost had to climb into the shower to shut the door in order to use the toilet. Do not recommend.
