I’m not giving this hotel an F, but a D to D- grade is well deserved. The only reason it’s not an F is because of their staff, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Lip stick on a pig is how I would describe this hotel. Looks nice from the outside, i real dump on the inside, all the signage around says no smoking hotel, once you get past the lobby and all the air fresheners, the stale smoke hits you like you are in a casino. Walking down the halls you get the awesome smell of skunk, talking to the front desk they said they would look into it. Not sure what they could do anyway. The rooms were not any better, walk into the room and the lovely mold smell hits you, we had the the windows open 24/7, the carpet was so stained I did not want to remove my shoes. And did not let my kids hangout on the floor. Had to fix the toilet seal before we could use it, it was so loose we thought it was broken, and of course because of Covid they do not do anything for cleaning rooms, the second day we needed new towels, went to the front to ask for new towels and they told me that the only time to do (towel swap) was from 10am to 2 pm, and of course it’s 6pm, I might have got a little irritated with the front desk worker. I tried to explain that we were busy during there towels swap time but needed clean new towels, he gave me 2 new towels but did not want to. I would not recommend this hotel. I hope this review helps other from staying and having the same experience.
