Alot of the room had damaged items, shower curtain rod, dresser drawers handles just hanging from one screw. The heat /ac unit had so much dust build up on the vent that it looked like someone took a shovel full of dirt and tossed it into it.

Manager on duty was very rude and accused us of keeping the luggage cart. Would not cancel second day reservation. Shelter directly across the hall with lots of men in and out all day & night. Very little rest that evening. Upon arrival to our room, baby crying, children screaming, couple loudly arguing with horrible profanity. All was very scary and abusive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was horrific! The check in process went smoothly, but they put myself and my children in a room beside THE LOUDEST PEOPLE EVER. After midnight I called the front desk and complained, they did nothing. They didn’t offer to move us or make any attempt to ask the PARTY going on in the next room to stop. The next morning I woke up to find that the hotel had billed my credit card an addition $50.00 security deposit that they claimed would be removed. It has not. The manager is rude and obnoxious and would not allow me to speak when I called to ask about the additional charge. He simply said well we have a sign over and over. He also “claimed” that I signed paperwork agreeing to the security deposit. I have My copy of the paper work and that is nowhere to be found. He then advised me it’s on their copy. I asked him to email me a copy of the receipt and he refused! He said I do not Need to see what I signed! Excuse me, but if a customer asks for a copy of their paperwork why would you refuse that? Is it because YOU KNOW you didn’t tell anyone about additional charges on their Credit card? I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, and will certainly never stay here again. This manager should be fired for treating customers poorly, and their staff should advise customers of any additional security deposits up front. When you have been driving all day and you’re checking in to a hotel, you aren’t going to read every sign in the place.

I moved the desk chair and it was obvious that the corner of the room had not been swept in a long time. Everything else was good. Desk clerk was nice and made good dinner recommendations because many of the restaurants were closing early and not allowing dine in.

Lobby empty with no furniture and not inviting. Guest room carpet was extremely dirty, sticky and stained. A/C unit filter completely clogged with dust and dirt like never ever cleaned. Room was very musty and strong odor of cigarette smoke for non smoking room as noted🙃. Bathroom shower curtain was moldy and badly stained looks like never ever changed. Breakfast offered was under stocked with limited variety for selection. Overall management must take serious look into property room renovations and cleanliness.

Outdated and smelled
Lights didn’t work, one air unit in the bedroom didn’t work the phone was destroyed I personally cleaned the cob webs hanging from the ceiling in three different areas one of the TVs didn’t work in the main living space the furniture was horrible dated and smelled terrible no way I’d ever sleep on that.
