Owner cancelled our booking 5 mins before we arrived. Wanted us to pay as he was unhappy about wotif giving us a discount. Then we tried to call expedia.. in the usa for a refund.. we still havent gotten through. Accommodation was old, dingy and dirty. bathroom moldy bedspread dirty. I will never stay there again and advise anyone to not stay there... and I'll never book through wotif again.. you say youre aussie for travel but when things go wrong the contact number is in the USA... thats disgusting and disingenuous
