There are no Ice machines, You need to fill Ice cube trays provided with water and freeze it in the freezer provided in room. Check in and check out was very easy. For how affordable this hotel was, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice layout that made it feel more comfortable than other extended-stay hotels we’ve used. The air conditioner worked great, the TV was easy to use, and having a kitchenette with a dishwasher and even paper towels provided was a nice bonus. The woman who checked us in was one of the friendliest customer service employees we’ve met in Ohio. She was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ve stayed at WoodSpring Suites before, but we actually preferred this Mainstay brand It offered more space, had a nicer layout with linoleum flooring, and just felt more comfortable overall. Considering the price, this was an excellent value, and we would definitely stay here again.
