The area around it didn't feel too safe, but there is security at the entrance and I didn't have any issues at all. The laundry situation is a bit complicated, you have to download an app and go through a whole process. But I was lucky enough to meet a friendly guest who was able to speak English and he helped me out.

Foi uma estadia tranquila, o quarto e excelente tudo bem confortável. Localização é perto de tudo, estação de metrô muito perto e 25 de março, mercado municipal , pinacoteca muito perto demais, só a noite que precisa tomar cuidado na rua , mas fora isso tudo ótimo !!

Pontos fortes: perto do metrô, perto da sede da polícia civil (isso não significa que você pode ficar andando sozinho a noite ou ficar moscando com o celular na mão)padaria na frente,prédio muito limpo, tem uma mini cozinha na suite, tudo bem organizado, chuveiro e cama muito bons, possui ar condicionado e varanda, bem silencio, sussegado para dormir trabalhar e levar a família. Tem lavanderia com máquina, secadora e ferro (bem fácil e prática de usar), academia, piscina e é muito seguro. Pontos fracos: um dos porteiros não é muito educado, algumas informações você só consegue pelo site ou whatsapp, as cortinas e uma parte da roupa de cama e toalha não estava limpo, as roupas de cama e toalha lavei a cortina não dava. Muitas opções de lugares para pedir comida por aplicativo. No geral, um lugar agradável, limpo e muito bom para se hospedar, voltaria com certeza.

A região apesar de ser próxima a tudo é muito perigosa. Porém o prédio tem uma guarita reservada para espera de Uber/táxi. Quarto limpo porem não tinha cafeteira como descrito! O prédio dispõe de um lojinha no térreo com itens básicos de consumo, água, Refri, snacks!
