Book here for a night for the concert and couldn’t use the kitchen area at all. The dishwasher was molded and had dishes left in there forever. The smell was horrible. The kitchen rags was all stained. They not wiping down the counters. Where the trash sits all the stuff thrown in the trash is right beside the cabinet. This is a nice building but who ever is cleaning some of these rooms needs training

This property needs some inside repairs. Our room security lock was broken. Shower head would not work properly and no hot water sometimes. No utensils in the kitchen area. Coffee pot was broken. Needs new mattresses. OLD ONES. elevator was broken. No ice machine . Sorry but we're looking at another place for next year. We've been staying here for 4 yrs, but we will not be back. Location was great for us. We travel for work.

Between our group, we had 4 rooms. Here are the following issues: 1. Front desk at check in, dude was a jerk. 2. Rooms we booked were NOT the rooms we received. 4 people…we were given 1 bed. He would not fix it. 3. Asked for extra pillows and blankets to try and make the 1 bed situation work, he told us no. “Make your own” is what we were told with towels. 4. Toilet wouldn’t flush in one room. 5. All rooms were dirty. 6. Air in one room didn’t work. It was 86 degrees and wouldn’t cool. 7. Shower didn’t stay hot. Would go hot and cold for the entire duration of shower.
