I wish it was cleaner. The things dont have to be new.. but they must be clean. dirty walls, doors and swich plates, missing parts to Microwave and Not working blow dryer and lights.. hair in the bathtub and dirt and body hair on the bathroom counter, just leaves me to question how clean the room was.

Hotel was convenient to restaurants. Reasonably clean room, but hallway carpets were dirty and stained. The building was not well built (shudders through the floor occasionally, doors didn't fit right, faucets loose, much sound transmission through walls - could easily hear typical-volume conversation of neighbors). There was a large space next to the bed but neither a luggage rack nor an armchair. Space on other side of bed was small, to the point of requiring sidling to go to bed. Table had two unmatched, uncomfortable chairs. No comfortable seating in the room and the lobby had only two chairs, in total, so no alternative there. Okay, but glad we weren't there more than a couple of nights.

Great people, dirty rooms
The front desk staff was incredible. Unfortunately, the room was dirty. I used the extra linens to cover the couch and chairs to sit on them. Bathroom floor felt oily. I also cleaned the table with the dish rags included. They were dirty.

Destiny is amazing
At first we were put into a room that hadn't been serviced. We figured it just hadn't been done yet left and came back still hadn't been cleaned. I went to the nearby room service named Destiny and she was absolutely AMAZING she took our complaint serious and immediately remedied the issue by going to get her manager. Manager came and everything was fixed immediately. Excellent trip and would definitely be coming back.

Property was clean but tired. Only 1 straight back chair in room. Sagging mattress. Breakfast included was a a Grab and Go bag with apple, cereal bar and muffin. Not what we expected from property photos or other Suites hotels. Entirely adequate but nothing more.

Just ok
It could have been cleaner. It didn't look like the carpets were being vacuumed and they for sure weren't being cleaned anywhere on the property. Found what looked like a couple dead fleas in the bed. Since I knew it's a pet friendly property I wasnt super surprised or even worried. However? Regular vacuuming could fix that if it was just done. Several people backed into their parking space and one of them left his car idling which concerned me because I had opened the window a couple inches for fresh air and now had to worry about carbon monoxide. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and offered us a different room but it was late and the other room was very perfumed smelling like a strong deodorizer had been sprayed. Normally we stay in much higher end places but are on a budget right now. Overall it was ok and definitely easy on the wallet but i wouldn't stay again.
