More to be desired
I stayed here based off the “very good” rating received by guest. This hotel left more to be desired. The hallway on my floor had an odor and I could smell cigarette smoke through the vents through out our stay. The hotel could use some updates throughout. There were a few rust spots on fixtures in the room. Overall I would give a 5 out of 10.

Listen I LOVE Sonesta, they have been fantastic, but I will say we stay in the same room for a month without custodial services, I never knew when so I tried to just deal. Yesterday the 10th the room was cleaned which was the first for our stay, she was fantastic, zero complaints. I would only ask to try to tackle the rooms with a different strategy?
