Ok Hotel! Needs upgrades!
My stay was OK. The room was adequate. Room was very dark. Bed was OK. Pillows definitely needed to be changed. I would suggest that the rooms be painted brighter and more inviting. The complimentary breakfast was inadequate, same old powered eggs that were always burned and same old breakfast sausage every morning. You need variety in the morning. You need real eggs and least change the breakfast menu, ie.. add bacon, pancakes, real fruit, bagels. use real butter packets, or real cream cheese. Seemed like the morning crew does not care. The price we pay for the stay each night should reflect on customer satisfaction. Come on guys, two dollars for one 16 ounce bottled water? They should be complimentary, 2 bottles free per day per room. Ice machine on the 4th floor was broken! How do justify that? Plus the lounge seating area was disgusting. The seating area needs to be changed. It was full of stains and seemed like no one cared about cleaning or replacing your furniture! You need to step up your game. Hotels were meant to be inviting. Like a place you call home. Now, if you improved your game plan, I would consider staying here again.

Misinformation disappointment and child’s play
I chose this hotel for the pool free breakfast and 2 bed suite availability. The pool was out of order because someone’s child had an accident and it had to be cleaned/refilled. I was told by one clerk it would be available to use the next day but that wasn’t reality. I wanted to speak to the manager about it and was told by another clerk he’d be in the next day at 9am and that wasn’t reality either. My stay was filled with misinformation disappointment and child’s play. Oh yea, somebody set off the fire alarm so we had to vacate our rooms! I won’t be back and won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not so great stay.
Check-in was great. Hotel condition was fair with rust on the bathroom vent and overhead shower trim and mold on air conditioner. None of the ice machines worked on any floor. Fire alarm went off as we were going to sleep which disrupted our babies sleep pattern. Pool was also out of order.

Will never stay again
I should have listened to other reviews. I’ve stayed at a lot of comfort suites and this one made me never want to stay again. The rooms were filthy. Several different socks laying in different parts of the room clearly from past guests. Dust and dirt every where. Wouldn’t even sit on the couch. The pictures shown were not anything close to our room. The pool was broken the entire time we were there which with small kids on a trip really was a negative. When asking the front desk about the pool they informed us it would be awhile before it was fixed but when we contacted hotels.com about our stay and wanting to switch they reached out to the hotel who gave them a completely different story saying the pool would be open the next day. The pool was not opened nor was it never opened while we were there. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else while traveling here - trust me there much nicer hotels near by!
