The staff, from the concierge, reception and waiters/waitresses were all very alert and attentive. The property is new and clean. And we were also treated to a complimentary high tea on Saturday. The only downside is that our room is just adjacent to the Lounge where the high tea is served and it can get a bit noisy from the high tea guests. Otherwise, we had a good stay and will consider staying here again.
