It was a good stay staff very helpful. The person checking us in was awsome. The breakfast on the other hand was not that good. You need meat and eggs. Not every body can have stale pastries. (Diabetic) and bad coffee. Over all good clean place to stay.

Overall a good experience
We stayed for nearly a week and were very satisfied with the service, location and amenities offered (parking, pool, free Wifi and breakfast). The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The location is conveniently located in downtown Orlando. The hotel is an 8 minute drive from Lake Eola Park, 25-30 minute from to/from Orlando International airport and most major Orlando attractions/parks. Free breakfast was limited due to COVID but still useful for a quick coffee and bite in the morning. There’s also a Panera Bread across the street and Cindy’s Cafe which was also very convenient. Overall, the property is very clean and has sanitizer stations through the property. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable however the bathroom could use slight upgrades. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a basic and comfortable stay at an affordable price.

The service was excellent. Joyce checked us in and was helpful in locating a store we wanted to check out (including directions). The room was clean and all the amenities functioned properly. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises. Joyce was excellent in customer service.

We were in town only one night and didn't get to use the amenities. However, all precautions were in place and being adhered to for safety measures, which we appreciated. Rooms had been updated and remodeled and were very nice. They also provided a nice bagged breakfast to minimize any social distancing that would come with the buffet breakfast.
