Staff are super friendly. We kindly asked if we could have a takeaway breakfast since we check out at 7:00 am (before the breakfast starts) and they didn’t hesitate to help. They prepared a breakfast bag for us and it was super helpful as we had a 5-hour bus journey after that. Also; location is very convenient. I would stay there again!

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Our room was practical and clean and right in the area we needed to be. We had a hire car so it was very convenient to park - although a little hard to find, you need to drive through a pedestrian area & then go right to the end of the rd where you’ll find the hotel. We booked a massage & it was wonderful, we would highly recommend. The pool is more like a big hot tub & a bit dark in my opinion. Breakfast was simple but fresh. The main thing to note that doesn’t show on Hotels.com is that no alcohol at all is permitted in the hotel not even in your room, this isn’t massive but on my holiday I like a glass of wine!

I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and had impeccable customer service skills. They were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The location was an easy walk to tourist attractions as well as the bus station, yet tucked away enough that it was quiet. The pool and sauna facilities are impeccable- small but with a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel Meydan is one of the very few (perhaps the only) hotels in the hesrt of Mostar with free onsite parking. The staff are wonderful. We couldn’t find the route to into the parking lot (having parked on the street and walked), so Tarik at reception came with me to navigate the old streets. Meydan is not a fancy hotel but the locstion, convenient parking and staff are excellent.

The staff went out of there way to help us arrive by car as we couldn’t figure out how to navigate directly. The room was weirdly configured so our window opened to a wall where prior guests deposited their cigarette butts despite it being a non smoking room. The downside was the breakfast which had very limited choices in a small eating area

Good location

The hotel is not easy to find (if you stand at the Sinan pasha mosque and look into the dead end you will see it in the corner). Receptionists were great. The room was ok but coffee was an extra purchase but tea was free. There was no bottled water. The shower cubicle was small - an obese person wouldn’t have fitted. The body soap was in tiny sachets. The swimming pool was very small but the sauna was good. The breakfast was average. Location was great for the bridge.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel and brilliantly located in Mostar minutes walk from Old bridge and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. I arrived early and thought I’d enquire when I could check in, they had a room ready and let me check in straight away, allowing me to drop my luggage and go about my day. The hotel only has 20 rooms currently which I think is much better as you get that personal feel. I booked a massage which was good. The home was well press rated and very clean. Only two things I would mention is 1. The shower was very small 2. The breakfast set up wasn’t good at all. There was a half decent selection but nothing was labelled so it was hard to know what some of it is. The way the breakfast room was set out wasn’t very good. It’s a narrow space with the bread on one side and the toaster on the other, the cereal on one side and the bowls on the other meaning you’re trying to dodge around people constantly in a narrow space. Regardless these two minor issues wouldn’t stop me from recommending this hotel. It was very much worth the money, clean, located in a great location and the staff were extremely kind and helpful

Nice, but a few things to be aware of!

Nice hotel close to the old bridge and shopping street. Clean and with a small indoor pool and sauna. Friendly staff but be aware this is a NON-Alcohol hotel, so if you fancy a beer or a glass of wine in your room expect a fine of €200. The streets to get there are also quite complicated and parking is limited, not the best option with a minibus or similar (as we did).
