Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. There are a lot of useful amenities included, and the service was great. Every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that our room (203) had an old, musty smell that made it feel less fresh. Another issue was the scratched non-stick frying pan in the kitchen. Once the non-stick coating is damaged, it can release unwanted substances when heated, so it would be better to replace it. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay and felt that the hotel provides great amenities and service for the price.

The staff were very friendly when checking in and checking out. Always respectful and helpful when needed. The room was decent for the most part but the curtains were shredded to the point that I wondered why they even still had it hanging up. I would say the stay is fine for a couple of nights but not somewhere I would stay for multiple days for vacation. It worked for me because I was attending a church conference nearby and only needed the room at night to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We brought our large dog with us and it was so nice the hotel is pet friendly. They provided toys, a food mat and bags for us to use during the stay. The room itself was a bit dated but provided plenty of space for us and our dog as well as a nice workspace. The common areas were updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The accessability of the room wasn’t the same as the room I reserved, but the staff was very understanding and helpful. They have portable aids (toilet rails, etc) they can fit on the room if needed. My advice would be to verify before arrival that you have a full accessible room and to verify again on arrival/at check-in. The safety otherwise is excellent; elevators work well, laundry and other ameneties were fully accessible on thr first floor. Overall a good stay!
