The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are always clean. We have used this hotel in the past, and the experience is always excellent.

The room was very clean and the breakfast very good. But there was a lot of street noise and it was cold in the room.

I liked the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel isn't in such a great area of Mexico City, but overall I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting. We had a very comfortable stay.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is very nice and a big plus is that breakfast was included, even though it did get stale pretty fast. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. With that being said, one thing I didn’t like was that the walls were really thin so you could hear everything.

hotel and staff were great, our cleaning lady Jenni was nice. the morning breakfast was always late,7:00am but opened late all the time. room was nice and big, little noisy since we faced traffic. Hotel 5 stars.

6/10 Good

Staff was really nice. The rooms are bare and not the cleanest. But for the price I suppose this is to be expected.

8/10 Very good

Clean comfy. Staff rude. Very close to everything walking distance. It is a very busy area. Lots of food close by and shopping. Parking was good, never had a problem parking.

10/10 Exceptional

The staffs, service, and cleanliness are all great. The surrounding area around the property seems kinda sketchy but safe during our entire stay. Would have been way better if they have rooms with AC cos sometimes it gets kinda hot and humid especially during daytime.

Great price, minimal furniture and decor, big shower, clean, friendly front desk staff. Nice terrace area. Close to outdoor market. In need of new towels. No hair dryer or iron, can ask at front desk
Verified review

6/10 Good

Great front desk staff problem you hear everything especially during nighttime had to change room because of this makes sleeping difficult next time probably stay elsewhere
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Overall a good experience for the price and would stay again but my only complaint was the bed firmness was too hard for my liking. I needed to use all 4 pillows to help give my body extra cushion on each side of me to take off the pressure. Other than that, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and warm shower.

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly staff, breakfast is switched up everyday and it’s actual food not just cereal. Rooms very clean and the cleaning ladies supper sweet too. Even tho we got a dirty towel once but it got resolved. 5min walk to the metro and bus stops and it is very accessible. It is in a questionable area a lot of homeless people but there is so many police officers and they help alot and friendly. I really recommend if on a budget!

the breakfast was poor but at least it was included so i can’t really complain, its not the best hotel but its ok if you’re not staying a lot of nights. also the zone is really ugly but its near bellas artes and downtown so that was nice
