The worst Experience of Hotels.com
I booked and I Tried to contact Hotel the o confirm reservations but they never answer the phone, they Hotels.com representative tried with no luck, when I got there Hotel was closed and waited there until 12 midnight also waiting for Hotels.com to relocate me but then my phone died and I had to pay for another reservation at a different unsafe place to get my family to rest

Que hasta fecha no me han contestado, hice mi reservacion, se encontraba la guardia nacional dentro y fuera de las instalaciones, estaban hospedados y en todas las instalaciones, nos dijeron que ahi no era quise comunicarme para ver lo de mi reservacion, nos tuvimos que retirsr del lugar ya que era un ambiente muy hostil y sentia que nos encontrabamos en riesgo, asi que t pido de favor que me apoyaras con el rembolso.
