Adequate
Facility was south of town, with no restaurants around (except for the rather expensive on-site option). Had to drive about 4 miles for meals. Adequate on-site parking. Room was average.

Needs update
Excellent location. Hotel is not in very good condition. Almost every night we woke up due to a malfunctioning burglar alarm, and once had to evacuate due to a fire alarm. No concierge during the night. Basic continental breakfast is not complete. It misses slices of cheese and ham. The gymnasium needs an update. Only the rowing and running machines operate properly. The rest can be scrapped.

Customer service needs improving
Nice hotel, quiet location. You can never be near everything in Canberra ! Lady who checked me in was a little stsndoffish - needs to work on her customer service skills
