Subpar
Not great. The people in the room next door were extremely loud and seemed to be living there? I complained the first night and they toned it down but the next morning when I went to get coffee (at 630 am) a woman I'd seen coming and going from that room was working behind the front desk. When they were loud again the next two nights I didn't want to complain since they were either the people working there or associated with them.There were also random people sitting in their cars in the parking lot for hours at a time and it smelled like they were smoking weed (no judgment, I live in Colorado) but between the super loud people living there and that it just made it seem really shady. It's also not worth having a kitchenette if there are no dishes or utensils provided... I guess unless you're living there. The room was also not clean (used soap in the shower) and no toiletries were provided. I'll be staying at the Hilton next time.

Wet Christmas
A pipe busted at the hotel during our stay. We were moved to a different hotel and told we would receive a refund. The other hotel was honoring the pricing of this hotel however I was told the refund would take 7-10 days, so I didn’t have the extra money for another room. What a way to spend Christmas weekend.
