Convenient and comfortable, but parking was too pricey.

GREAT, but ...
this stay was awesome! very nice staff and even offered my friends a free drink for trouble with the room before check in. the only bad thing was the valet. it took 2 hours for them to find my car.

I was put in a room overlooking garbage containers I went downstairs and requested a different room they tried to tell me that every single room on the property Was taken I know that wasn't true as per one of The Valley and 1 of the cleaning ladies I even offered to pay for an upgrade and sister they had nothing left very disappointed

Hotel and room were very comfortable; the staff was quite helpful and polite. Concierge, front desk, and parking valet were excellent. The only complaint is that some random person sat outside the front of the hotel at 5 a.m. and obnoxiously laid into his car horn (didn't honk it, just pressed down on it continuously) for about 5 minutes because he wanted a truck making deliveries to the hotel to move (there was ample room for the car to go around - the driver was just being a class A jerk). I do wish the hotel staff had intervened a bit earlier in his honking frenzy - it was in no way the staff's fault, but I couldn't go back to sleep after that.
