Spring break vacation - couple of days stay. Hotel location and friendly staff made the trip even better.

Big disappointment!
This hotel ranked lowest of the 4 we stayed in while in Italy, but was the most expensive. The property can best be described as "tired" - in real need of an all-around update. This was the only hotel of the 4 that had a carpeted floor (others had tile or terrazzo - very much to our liking), and a guess is that the carpet is aged 1/4 century or more. The size of the room was generous - about the only redeeming factor. With some well considered "investment", this could be so much better.

nice place
the walls seem thin, lots of noise from the street, maybe put in better windows to keep the noise out
