Lovely suite but most of staff were unwelcoming
Our suite was great. Marks against cleanliness as carpet stains are apparent by minibar. Hotel is conveniently located close to the rail station and shopping areas. We were checked in by a male receptionist that was curt and unprofessional. Not welcoming at all. The bar staff on our first two nights were unorganized, rushed and unwelcoming.

Comfort and convenience
- good reception - high speed internet - free refreshment in the rooms - moderately spacious room. - strategically located: next to tram/bus stops and walking distance to train station - good temperature control in the rooms

Very recommendable hotel in The Hague
The hotel was fine, nice and modern room. Breakfast was complete, with a nice mix of hot and cold food and to be noted, freshly pressed orange juice (pressed on the spot with an automatic machine). The internet did not work the first day, apparently a general outage in the neighbourhood so the hotel is not to be blamed. The airconditioning was not very effective in cooling down the room with the 27C temperature outside. All in all a very recommendable hotel.

Eveything was OK! The room was large enough and everything in the room was rather new and in a good shape. We had a nice view over the town too.

Mercure- out of this world!
The hotel was completely booked which meant a free upgrade to a privilege room. Equipped with a stocked minibar and a fluffy robe, I was quite the happy camper upon check in. The parking situation is a little bit of a headache but the location of the hotel to museums and its vicinity to the tram/train station more than makes up for it. We loved our stay here- the decor and furniture is very modern and chic without losing its comfort.
