Comfortable stay

Great walkable location. The hotel room was updated, nice and spacious. Very comfortable bed, got very good sleep. Hotel restaurant and bar was nice and convenient, always busy which is good and bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Misinformation
Lovely hotel, spacious room, good location, but information given incorrect. Told all nh hotels have a free bottle of water per day. Informed not here. Then asked about the free shuttle to and from the station. We're told that we would need to catch a bus. Told bus ran every ten minutes. Again incorrect. We both have disabilities so not happy.

Hotel is beautiful and very convenient. 10 mins walk to the train station and 2 mins walk to the old district. Perfect site. Only downside is the toilet design is poor: there is no bidget spray and the shower screen is next to useless. Floor gets wet.toilet really needs a redesign and modernisation . But I really like all other aspects. The best breakfast I have had in Europe was at this hotel. Amazing stuff and the staff are so very friendly.
