Very Good 8.0
July fourth weekend
I booked this hotel on a spontaneous trip and boy when i walked into the hotel i thought i was walking into a art gallery. the staff member were very friendly and helpful especially having to check into the hotel room at 4 am. Pros - the room was very warming with modern art design, the bed was very comfortable, I had an amazing view from the room of all of the skyscraper that was nicely lit in the dark morning, the shower was pretty cool. the only cons i had was having weird stain on one of the pillow which was pretty gross and the noise from the freeway was fairly loud (light sleeper). overall stay was worth it, definitely will book again.

Very Good 8.0
Nice hotel in a great location, service is lacking
We really enjoyed staying at Lorenzo. Thee location is awesome as it is convenient to downtown and Deep Ellum. Very up to date modern cool hotel, looks like they may have gone cheap on the little stuff, lamps, etc were not operating correctly. The service was a little slow, and I could not understand why they would advertise a pool bar but not open it. The pool had about 20-25 ppl in it and several were wondering where a bartender or server was. All together good stay.

Poor 2.0
Very disappointed
Room had water leak, very noisy on the side for pool view can hear all the traffic, was told someone would come to check the leaking water from windows and ceiling no one ever came, was told would be changed to a different room and that never happen..

Poor 2.0
Rip off
We were told the hotel was closed due to a power outage and sent to the Aloft hotel nearby. The room we were given was significantly lesser quality than the one we booked and paid for! Then we were required to pay additional fees for parking. The room we paid for was over $300, the room we stayed in was under $140 and we were not given a refund of the difference but instead asked "did you or did you not have a bed to sleep in?"
