    A/C does not work
When I arrived I was sick with the flu. All I needed was rest but the AC in the room didn't work. It was so hot that at 1am I gave up trying to sleep and complained to the front desk. They brought a fan which was super loud and made it hard to sleep. It was so bad I canceled my non-refundable trip and just went home early rather than stay another night in the hotel with no a/c.

    Uninspiring Stay
Beautiful building with granite floors, etc. Safe location. Room was really dated. Carpet seemed very worn, bed was worn out. No coffee. Had breakfast in Primavera restaurant. It was so-so. Brought wrong meal at first, but exchanged it. Toast was not toasted.

    Good location in Zona Rosa
Hotel is very well located in Zona Rosa which allows you to walk in the nearby area during day and night as there are several coffees, shops, monuments and things to do. The hotel could improve in some areas to make stay more comfortable. During the first night I reported a problem with the AC which slowly improved through the rest of my stay, good thing is that weather was nice so you could handle it. Cable channels are very limited but they offer chromecast in case you want to stream something directly from your phone. Carpet and bathrooms are outdated but average.
