Happy with my stay
I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Borromeo. Desk staff was very friendly. I liked that my room became available several hours before the normal check-in time and that for an early morning departure I was allowed to have breakfast 15 or 20 minutes before the breakfast room opens. The location was wonderful too several doors down from a great gelato shop and a block away from a wonderful pizzeria. Would stay here again.

Great location if you wanna walk to everything
Front desk was very helpfull with any and all questions. Subway was 10 min walk away. Collosiam was 10 min walk away.

We were only in Rome for 2 days. Very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from ROMA Termini. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to check in early and they even brought our bags up to the room for us. Cannot say enough great things about this place. Hotel Borromeo is perfectly located for all sightseeing attractions and the Hop on Hop off bus stop is just up the street. We highly recommend anyone staying in the downtown Rome area to stay here at Hotel Borromeo. We will definitely be back and stay at this hotel. 5 STARS!

Great staff but poor appliance and pillows
The furniture in the rooms can use a makeover and that includes better mattress and pillows. When we were there it was hot but the air conditioning in the room could not lower the temperature to a comfortable level and the fridge wasn't cold either. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very Good8.0
Front desk staff was very helpful. GiGi was very nice to deal with. The Italians get how to do dinner, but not breakfast. Breakfast was included and could have been so much better. Location is central to all the sites and walkable to the main train station.
