Everything was well, except for toiletries. It seems that the hotel is balancing the annual failed budget by conserving on toiletries. I had to go to Farmatodo and buy shampoo and conditioner and soap after I got sick and tired of asking for toiletries every day..

Find a better place to stay
This is a business hotel in a mostly commercial area. They are better neighborhood areas to stay if you want to visit Bogota. The hotel is stark and the staff unwelcoming.

Great service and location, good choice
It was a very good choice for the price. Room was always neat and clean, hot water works great, and the staff was incredibly accommodating when I asked for some juice and toast to be sent up because I didn’t feel like going down for breakfast (at no extra charge). The hotel is in a good location, a short car ride away from all the places I visited. The service was really great, so I would recommend them. One thing I didn’t enjoy was that the mattress was too firm for my liking. I would’ve preferred something a bit softer and more comfy. Also, I would’ve preferred a bit more variety in the minibar.
