Heart of Shibuya.
A great location in the heart of Shibuya. The staff are friendly and polite. Subway super close by, convenience stores within a minutes walk. Not too noisy other than when emergency vehicles are using their sirens (not the hotels fault) - overall comfortable, if a little small.

Couples and friends in Shibuya
Unfortunately, the hotel is in the best location, but it needs a lot of maintenance. The air conditioning did not work in our room, we asked to change, and they brought us a fan and opened the windows. When we went to sleep, the monitor tv did not turn off and then they decided changed our room. A whole mess for just one night. Breakfast was too simple for Tourists. Only good, hotel location.
