Great location near Shibuya Station and Hikarie. The staff were great and many spoke some English. The rooms were average sized rooms which means small in Japan, but rooms seem a bit dated and entryway of the room was a little stained.

Great Tokyo Hotel Foir the Money
First, let's keep in mind this is Tokyo. Rooms are tiny in Tokyo unless you shell out 500.00 to 1000.00 a night for uber high end properties. This hotel does have small rooms. BUT! For the price, and the amazing location, I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. Staff is professional, hotel is clean, and while the rooms are small, they are clean and acceptable.

Always a great hotel to stay
The location is great. Close to the station and the heart of Shibuya. With a Family Mart close by. I've stayed here on several occasions and their service is always excellent. Rooms are good. Other reviewers complain the room is small, but for me the room is fine. I'm not in Tokyo to hang out in my room so the size doesn't matter. As long as the rooms are comfortable, room to move around and my heated toilet seat works, that's all anybody needs. I like the fact that they are an environmentally friendly hotel. My only issue is the air vent in the bathroom. I wish there was some sort of fan in the bathroom. The bathroom can get quite stuffy, especially after a hot shower. And since I've stayed here before, some of the bathrooms look older than others. Other than that, a great hotel.
