Overall a good stay but the hotel room looks a bit outdated and i can smell cigarette although i booked non-smoking room. Not sure where the smell came from. Very good location. Close to Shibuya Metro station.

1 night only
The room is tiny with too much furniture, needs an update. The bathroom...SMH. On a good note, the bed slept well, the staff was great and just a few blocks from Shibuya crossing.

Great Hotel in the heart of Shibuya
Prime location! I visited Tokyo with my son and we were able to easily get everywhere we wanted to go from here. This hotel is right in the middle of Shibuya's main attraction area, within walking distance of shopping, parks, shrine, subway/train station! The room was definitely smaller than what we were used to but I guess this is common in Tokyo, it was however comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was small as well, and could have used a little more detailed cleaning (I must say that I am a bit of a clean freak when it comes to bathrooms) and a bit of a make up, but we managed well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us maps and helped us find our way around the area. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, a good variety of Japanese/Western choices. There was only one English channel (global news) available and the TV was a bit small (~32 in). I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Exceptional 10.0
Great spot for city dwellers
The 2 of us stayed in the 1 double-bed room with street view. We had 2 large and 2 carry-on suitcases. It was a tight fit but worked for us. The staff were helpful and location is excellent for nightlife, shopping and sub-way travel to other popular area, such as Ginza. There are many breakfast options in the area, including at the hotel restaurant. We liked a french bakery one block away and also the convenience of a Family Mart down stairs.
