Camden Court Hotel, Dublin
It was ok
hotel was very warm upstairs and very loud area leaving window opened. One of the guest was annoyed that the poor bartender wouldn't serve him with a 4 yr old at 10 at night at the bar and was vulgar to the barman. The bartender had told him twice before that the child could not be in there at that hour. The manager was finally called but unfortunately we all had to witness a nasty foul mouth guest. Wonderful stay in Dublin
We had a great stay at Camden Court. We loved the was a little out of the "tourist area" but it was a 10 minute walk to get into the action. The hotel was very nice - as an American, we loved that they had easily accessible ice machines (though the cups that you were to use to get the ice were impossible to get apart) Anyway, the rooms were clean - a good size - the beds and pillows were comfortable. The lobby area was spacious with a lot of room to sit and socialize. We would definitely stay here again if in Dublin.

No a/c
Advertised pool but didn't mention that kids aren't allowed after 7pm. They were kind enough to extend it for us for an hour but it theew off all our plans. Also it has no air conditioning!! It did not advertise that it didn't have air and their response when I asked they said "no 4 star hotels have air conditioning. " they did offer me a fan. Location was mostly great. Just a it disappointed about the air conditioning. The little baby was nice and clean...and cool.

great place to soak not so much to sleep
The hotel has friendly staff and an amazing pool and spa area, but the beds are tiny and uncomfortable. I am only 6 feet tall and my feet hung over the edge of the bed. They called it a king, but really it was not even a double.
