Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly, breadkfast was ok. Fridge in the room was broken, Air vent almost fall out of the ceiling. King size bed with only 1 night stand. Plug point on the wall doesn't work. Housekeeping forgot to provide hand towels

Inconsistent room quality.
We have always had good experiences at this hotel every year however on the 2nd 2 nights we were given a room that seem haphazardly put together, the fridge had to be replaced, the vent in the ceiling was half open, the bed side light switch was loose causing shorting electrical noises and the hand shower rail was coming loose. We had a king size bed with only 1 night stand. While the staff fixed all of these issues (except the vent and the night stand which we did not mention to them) the experience left us disappointed. Housekeeping forgot to provide hand towels on the 2nd day. I know many of the staff at this hotel and know they mean well, however there appear some "cutting the corners" going on.
