Old but Nice
My stay was fine. My room faced the street so the room was very bright at all times. The WiFi worked great in the rooms. The Tv had great cable. True the hotel is older and a bit worn. What was important to me was that the place was clean, and I felt safe both at the hotel and the area. The staff was helpful with information about the area. The breakfast in the morning was good and filling. They have coffee and tea available all day in the breakfast room. If your looking for a pool and fancy rooms this is not the place for you. I will be returning back to Jerusalem in January and I will stay at the Paltin again. Oh yes the bathrooms are small but the water pressure to my room was great.

No no no no no no no
This hotel kind of sucked. I am a fit person but walking up 1000 steps a day was tiring. (no elevator). The room was so tiny 2 people could barely fit. This hotel room diagnosed me with claustrophobia. Lots of construction going on in the morning which is not in control of the hotel I understand. No water one day and had to wait over an hour to take a shower. I would give this hotel one star because the staff was nice except on the day of my departure at 6am the receptionist saw me hustling with my luggage and didnt offer to help (he looked half asleep). The cleaning guy was nice. The amenities this hotel states include is false. They do not have a hair dryer, slippers, ceiling fan etc. Finally, the pictures posted on the hotel are probably for another hotel because those pictures for Palatin are photoshopped.
