Would not stay here again
Staff was pretty friendly with ok English knowledge. The condition of the room was appalling. Bedding had very noticeable questionable stains on them. Carpets were stained, chairs were dirty, window trim was peeling off and the beds very uncomfortable.

Good Hotel
It's very convenient to travel from Haneda airport. Just takes the mono rail and exit at Tennouzi stop. The stop is right at the base of the hotel. It also has 7-11, many other restaurants and shop around. located at business area. Price is good. Breakfast is awesome if it's included in the package. Otherwise is $20.

Very Good8.0
Nice hotel in between Tokyo and Haneda Airport.
I stayed here about 5 years ago and it was roomy and comfortable. This time when I arrived I saw a poster celebrating 25 years anniversary. I didn't realize this hotel was build in the 90's and it's beginning to show it's age. Anyhow, the room condition is still good, electrical need some update as we barely have enough plugs for our USB devices. Good thing I did bring a hub with me. Breakfast is pretty standard. We choose this hotel because it building is connected to the monorail station that goes directly to Haneda Airport. It's super convenient and it's away from all the busy traffic away from the city. Downside is, you are few monorail stations away from JR train stations so expect to pay extra 400 yen round trip extra going to/from Tokyo. You can't use JR Pass with the monorail.
