Great place to stay for a visit to Ayr as we did breaking journey up from the highland back on our way home or the races ideal location and parking included (bonus)
Host was fantastic from the warm welcome, help with luggage along with all the info on the B&B along with great informative info on the area along with places to eat, drink and even options of different way to walk into town - very much appreciated
We walked from the B&B into town with took less than 15mins and had a lovely evening in town with a few drinks and a bite to eat and a nice walk back.
Once back to our room it was lovely and warm with the blind drawn and the side lamp on for our arrival which was a nice touch thank you (also earplugs and eye mask were a great little added extra for those just incase nights when you may need them)
We had a great sleep in a lovely clean comfy bed and had a fantastic breakfast the following morning, so much choice fruit, yoghurts, jams, cereals, musli, danish pastry hot tea and coffee and a lovely selection of items for a cooked to order hot breakfast which was served nice and hot and well presented and tasted great (amazing poached eggs) along with toast - really was a lovely way to start the day and long journey back south and would like to think we will return if in Ayr and would highly recommend this B&B
