I ask you to return my $148
I Begaly Nargozuev through the Hotels.com resource in advance, for 10 days I booked 1 room in the Rainbow Aparts Kigali for 2 days, from February 10 to 12, and paid $ 48 through a Visa card. On February 10, I flew to Kigali and having hired a taxi, I arrived at the Rainbow Aparts hotel. But the hotel administration says to me: "I'm sorry, we have no seats." I stayed outside. I had to hire a taxi again to look for a hotel, as a result I incurred additional costs of $ 100. I ask you to return my $ 48 and compensate for my extra costs due to the irresponsibility of the managers of Rainbow Aparts. Customer Begaly Nargozuev.
