The Baltimore Hotel, Middlesbrough
Baltimore hotel
This hotel is nice but strange. It seems to have 1 member of staff to cook, serve on the bar and work reception. Breakfast finished at 9 which is very early for a weekend. Stayed for 2 nights in a triple room which was very small but comfortable. 1 small bottle of water provided for 3 people so had to ask for 1 each also milk, tea and coffee could have been more of. Had to keep asking for more as other guests had to. Was on a half board basis which had 4 options for a meal which was nice but clearly heated in the microwave. No dessert or child’s menu. Bar snacks very limited to say the least. It’s a shame as the hotel looked nice but really wasn’t prepared for customers it felt. Won’t be staying again

Great stay thank you
Really enjoyed our stay! the lady on reception was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the room we're a great size for myself and son. The town is literally 2 mins in a taxi or a short 10min walk. The football stadium is also well situated :) would definitely stay again if we visit.

Will stay again and recommend to others
The staff make this hotel superb. It’s great value, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the breakfast was excellent. What’s not to like. It’s not a 4 star, but the staff are 5 star. Great value for money.

Worth forgetting
Room was not clean. Spider webs on night stand. Mould in shower. Shower head partially broken. 3m by 3m room very small and cramped.
