Value for money
This hotel is excellent value for money, we only needed to stay for one night but the half board feature made our stay easy. The evening meal is only okay, but the breakfast is fab - that said, half board for £60 was a bargain.

Nice stay
Great to get breakfast and evening meal included fab value and big portions - we had the steak and ale pie and chips, a chicken Parmesan and chicken curry plus scampi all nice - you just order and eat in the bar - only minor downside is breakfast is very early 7-9am which with a young family is early !!

Poor bathroom design
Check in and check out times no normal (3PM and 11AM). Wash basin very poor design due to it being very narrow, flow of waste water very slow, the tray above it wide so that your head bangs to it if you try to avoid waste water dropping on the floor. Too large a bed for such a small room and you have to crawl over the mattress to reach the pillow side of the bed.
