check in trouble
it was really very terrible experience while check in — at hotel . first they told me they don’t have any booking and then they told me to sit for half an hour & after that they got mail— from expedia / hotels.com. and after that also it tooks one hour more for check in & getting keys 🔑 of room..: — very bad behavior @ Hotel receiption.

Room for Improvement
The hotel is very new and very difficult to find since there is no road yet leading to the entrance. The staff seems not te be very experienced yet. Although having booked and paid for a room including breakfast at check in there was a discussion that breakfast was not included. Also the booked room for 4 people was not in the system, but an extra bed was arranged quickly. The deluxe room is very spacious. Next to the hotel another building is under construction and people are working all night which lead to a lot of noise
