Will not book again
The room stunk of cigarette smoke the moment we unlocked. Several things in the room was falling apart, or missing (including towel holder and sink stopper). There were hairs on the bed sheets. It was overall an unpleasant experience, -but- I picked the cheapest motel in Auburn since we were just spending the night. Next time I will pay more to go elsewhere.

Worked for what we needed
There was a group of us staying here for a business trip. We were not going to be spending too much time in the rooms so comfort of the beds and functionality of the showers was key. I had no complaints regarding the beds, and I felt like mine was quite comfortable. The showers did produce hot water, but the condition of the showers (and other furniture)... let's just say they have seen better days. The shower/tub handles were all very loose and almost broken to the point where everyone was worried they were going to be the ones to break them when trying to turn them on. All furniture was very banged up, chipped, scratched, etc. The internet and therefore TV was very slow and some TVs did not work at all. The A/C units were quite loud, and if it kicked into high mode (while on Auto) the sound would keep me awake, so I had to keep it on Low. I was also bummed that the hot breakfast portion was not served one of the mornings. Overall, we had a place to stay that provided breakfast. But we would unfortunately never stay here again.
