I’d recommend staying here
I was looking at places to move around the Columbia area & stayed overnight so I didn’t need to do another long trip back to Wilmington, NC. I had a great time & rested up for the next day. Check-in was great, room was clean & spacious. My only negative thing was it had only a shower stall, but that was probably on me, as I just picked a room & didn’t see it said no tub.

Run away from the dark, smelly facility
I don’t think I have ever left a negative review for a hotel, but I want to save someone else this experience. The hotel as a whole is very dark and dated. The room itself looked pretty good, but the smell of moldy, mustiness was so overwhelming that we stayed away for as long as possible. Luckily the window opened and took just enough of an edge off the smell that we could sleep for a bit. Also, the sliding pocket door to the bathroom would lock by itself. If someone else had not been there with me, I would have been locked in indefinitely. I was disgusted and would have left, but it was graduation weekend and there was no place else to go. The people working there were wonderful, but the facility needs major work.
