Hotels.com asked if I wanted a roll out bed, and I requested one to be in the room. When I got there, there was no bed and I was informed that the room was not big enough, so I had to fit two teenagers and myself in a double bed. The door to the bathroom would not close and the desk chair was broken. Also, the breakfast had very few choices, with the only hot item being waffles.
Hotel was not updates and room was extremely small. Sink was in the bedroom area with no door. There was no bathtub and shower was tiny, outdated and very small. The AC system was very loud. The housekeeper didn't clean any trash and left coffee pot on so it burned. The people around us were loud and the walls were so thin that we slept aweful.
The hotel looks nice on the outside. The lobby/breakfast area is clean. But in our room, there was a stain on the bed cover on one of the beds. On the toilet lid, the paint was pealing off of it. The shower door has many gaps, so water gets all outside the shower too. The ONLY drink vending machine in the hotel (2nd floor) was empty of drinks. Upon asking front desk if there was another machine, she kept interrupting me, not letting me finish asking, and finally said I would have to walk to the convenient store next door. Check-in was fine. Upon check-out no one was at the desk - finally a housekeeper came and took my key.
The people were very friendly and the room was nice. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby
