Not likely to stay again
The beds were so out dated - kept rolling into my husband and neither of us slept well. The room was okay - very nice desk clerk at arrival. Pool was nice but had to request tools. Lobby was excellent and breakfast was nice but to request tips? Also the line was long because it was served out instead of self serve- good for cleanliness but slow when needed to be quick to get where we needed to be. There were people smoking marjauna outside our room snd it came into the room. There were pimps and hookers out by the back entrance. It was a bit unsavory but overall we were only there two nights.

Hotels.com merger has not been good
I wasn't actually able to stay at this hotel as booked because American Airlines claimed there was a storm that would delay our flight (there was no storm) when in fact they were simply understaffed. I called the hotel to try and cancel but they said I had to call hotels.com. I did so and hotels.com told me they had to wait until Monday (this happened on a Saturday) to get a reply from the hotel. It turns out hotels.com did not in fact contact the hotel. The service from hotels.com has gone down tremendously since merging with Expedia. It's unfortunate as I've been a loyal customer to hotels.com for many years. To make matters worse, the reason for the trip was a family emergency. In any other case I would have accepted that due to flight delays I wasn't able to get to my destination on time, but I did try very hard to work on this with hotels.com and they were not of assistance.
