It was a hustle getting towel or room service. Hotel look decent...front desk agents were nice but shortage of towels are unacceptable to me even with a shortage of service worker. They could kept enough towels and wash clothes at the front desk especially knowing the room services would be limited. No freezer... hope you have nothing to keep frozen

The hotel must have changed hands as it had the feel of an Embassy Suites. Upon checking in, we found a dirty sock out in the open from the prior guest. The bathroom shower did not have any washcloths. I asked one of their maids to please bring some washcloths and they still had not followed through by the time we checked out. The hotel has a bar and we asked for a glass of wine in a wine glass. After a 20 minute wait, the bartender said I do not have any wine glasses here, I will have to go somewhere else to get them. We cancelled the order. We requested a taxi the day before for a ride to the airport, and of course there was not a taxi there for us. Enough said.

The appearance of the bathroom is always important to me, as it helps me choose a hotel; with this hotel's shower upgrade, i was in love! The hotel is a decent one, but can still use more upgrades; it looks the same as it did when i stayed here 10 years ago, with the exception of a new shower. The only cons are that they cut down their bath towel sizes and don't give extra blankets. I was given a tiny towel that was bigger than a floor mat, not a full sized one, and a "blanket" comparable to a thicker bed sheet.

The rooms were outstanding but the property needs a facelift. Carpets in hallways old and dirty. Only one elevator worked. Bar and restaurant not open at night 7 days a week. Understandable with Covid and staffing issues. Would return again to stay here

I checked out on Monday and yet the money i paid on property has not yet been refunded. I only spent one night out of four, as my pregnant spouse had to do a scan in another city and we had to peave.

Not very happy with the service or facilities. Hotel felt slightly like an extended stay with an upscale company logo on the side of the building. Disappointed with the service, I requested a call back from a manager due to an inconvenience with my room and none was received. I will probably never stay here again.

The manager was very nice at check in. Upon entering the elevator it quickly became apparent that this place was outdated and needed repairs. Walking out from the elevator to our floor the carpet was dirty and ripped up. Our room was subpar at best. The door to the bathroom was not installed correctly and didn’t completely shut. I used the sink to get a drink of water and there were particles of something in the water. This may have been a nice hotel at one point but for a Sheridan Hotel, I was very disappointed.
